I'm super, super happy with how well this entry turned out, it's the second issue in my Purposely Bad Blog webseries and it's all about tackling seasonal depression and creative burnout.

Even if you're doing fine this January, I still think you'll enjoy the pictures :3

Hey, fellas, Epic here!

Who? Me? Take a break? Phh- yeah right...

Even when I'm on the graveyard shift, I try to work at my quicksketching and imagination-drawing skills. It's also fun to draw on the cardboard boxes that- y'know... I'm being paid to do something with, I can't remember cause I'm too busy drawing on 'em.

I want to share some of the sketches that I make, but I don't want to flood the art portal with my junk, so I've decided to start dumping them over here (like I've been seeing other people do). I'm basically working every day too so there won't be any lack of junk going around.

Classic Update babyy

Hey guys, long time no see! This is basically a dead account, I mean five whole days since my last news posting???

Anyways, as per-use I have been hard at work on some nonsense, though also pretty optimistic for the month of January having learnt my lesson (hopefully) in December.

For one I intend on participating in a couple different upcoming events, including the Wanted! collab and the Fishing collab. Nothing crazy- but it'll keep me on my feet for sure. Besides that, most of my energy and focus has been going towards a small webcomic/blog I am going to be starting over on Tumblr soon, if the formatting works I might bring it over here too, but the vibe of the series might be a little off for this site so we'll see...

Besides all of that, I have really been wanting to get into collaborating with other people soon. There are so many talented creatives here and I feel like I'd be wasting my time if I didn't try to make some buddies. Posting in the collaboration tab feels sooo tacky though, so I'd love for something of the sort to kinda come about naturally. So if you or a friend wants to really contribute to an upcoming project of mine in any way you're capable of, I'd be more than happy to oblige if not for any other reason besides just wanting the experience.

I know that nobody actually cared, but I wasn't able to finish the animation in time for the event, not without trying, but I just bit off more than I could chew and my busy December schedule didn't fit with it

If you saw my recent post, you would know that I am participating in this year's Secret Santa Group E art trade!

I've already gotten my partner for the month and work is coming along great,

but...

would it really be the holidays if it was just that easy?...

Of course not!

So I will also be participating in the Tankmas Animation Jam, considering (as a self-proclaimed animator) I don't really do it all that much!

Consider this, and any future updates I do for the project these coming weeks, to be the only content your gonna see from me for a bit as I work on cramming an entire animation into two weeks of work.

(That means NO December PFP :c)
